GameHub Refunds
You can request a refund for almost any purchase on GameHub - for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't
meet the system requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the game for an
hour and didn't like it.
It does not matter. GameHub will issue refunds upon request via our contact form, for any reason,
as long as the request is made within the specified return period and, in the case of games, if the
game has been played for less than two hours.
You will find more information below, but even if you fall outside the refund terms, you can still
request a refund, and we will look into the matter. Consumers in some jurisdictions may have
additional rights to a refund in cases where a game is faulty.
You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within one week of approval. You receive the money
in your GameHub wallet or through the same payment method you used for the purchase. If, for any
reason, GameHub cannot refund to the original payment method, the full amount will be transferred to
the GameHub Wallet. (Some GameHub payment methods in your country may not support refunds to the
original payment method)
When can refunds be used?
GameHub's refund offer applies to games and software from the GameHub store, which were purchased less than two weeks ago and used for less than two hours.
